Ca$ino Countryside Inn Rates & Policies

All Rates below represent rates for rooms with One Bed(2 Person). If you reserve a room for a specific date and do not check in on that date or show up on a later date your check in date will remain the reservation date, do to the fact the room was held form the reservation date. Example if you reserve a room for 01/01 for 7 days and check in on 01/02 and you still plan to stay 7 days until 01/09 you'll need to pay for an aditional day.

  • Rates are per night and based on 1 or 2 people (except for weekly rates).
  • Additional persons in room $10.00 each.
  • 11% PA Lodging Taxes, Not Included
  • Rates are subject to change without notice/reservation.
  • Credit card reservation required to guarantee rates.
  • No "Saturday Only" reservation
  • Extra Keys & Remotes $10.00 Deposit.

  • A $100 Security Deposit may be (Refundable) required on your reservations, at the time of Check-In
  • 48 Hour Cancellation notice required for any refunds.
  • 10% service charge on all refunds.
  • Balance due upon arrival. No Personal Checks accepted.
  • Credit Card, Cash, Travelers Check accepted.
  • No Refunds after Check-In, you may ask to see the room before check-in (signing the check in card).

General HOUSE RULES

  1. At least one individual in each room must be 18 years of age or older - this person will sign registration form.

  2. Persons under the age of 21 years are strictly forbidden to possess or consume alcoholic beverages anywhere on the premises (PA State Law). In the event an occupant of any room is 21 years of age or older, that individual agreeS not to possess alcohol in rooms occupied by minors.

  3. Security deposit is held until departure to safeguard against damage to rooms. It will be refunded upon departure after inspection to room. In the event that there is damage to any room, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. The occupants agree to reimburse the Motel for the full cost of damage. Be aware that the full cost of any damage may include full replacement of a damaged item, whether or not it can be repaired should management deem that the item no longer meets their cosmetic standards for motel use. A cost replacement list is AVAILABLE APON REQUEST.

  4. One vehicle is allowed per room. All unauthorized vehicles will be ticketed and towed at the vehicles owner’s expense.

  5. Only registered guests are allowed in rooms or anywhere on the property. Visiting is not permitted.

  6. Violation of these rules can result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid, including security deposit.

  7. A 48 HOUR notice of cancellation is required for the return of deposits. All eligible cancellations are subject to a $39.99 cancellation fee. Your entire deposit will be forfeited if your reservation is NOT cancelled within 48 HOURS of arrival DATE.

  8. Entire room deposit will be forfeited for suites and Apartments cancellations.

  9. CHECK-IN: 3 PM & CHECK-OUT: 10 AM

  10. ID IS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION. ONLY ADULTS(18 YEARS OR OLDER) MAY REGISTER.

  11. GUEST MAY SEE ACCOMMODATION BEFORE CHECKING-IN. ONCE CHECKED-IN NO MONIES CAN BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED (EXCEPT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT PROVIDED THERE IS NO DAMAGE OR LOSS) FOR EARLY DEPARTURE /CHECK-OUT DUE TO YOUR CHANGE OF PLANS, SINCE THE REGISTRATION FORM CAN NOT BE VOIDED AFTER CHECK-IN.

  12. UPON REGISTRATION ALL OCCUPANTS MUST RECORD THEIR NAMES & PHONE NUMBERS. UNRECORDED GUEST (S) RISK ACCOUNTABILITY IN AN EVENT OF EMERGENCY.

  13. ALL DEPOSITS TO HOLD ROOM (S) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IF A GUEST DOES NOT CHECK-IN ON THE STIPULATED DATE/TIME. UPON CHECK-IN, THE ROOM HOLDING DEPOSIT IS TRANSFERRED TO THE ROOM SECURITY DEPOSIT.

  14. CHILDREN AND MINORS MAY STAY WITH A RESPONSIBLE ADULT REGISTRANT.

  15. REGISTRANT SHALL BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR LEAVING A LITTERED OR UNSANITARY ROOM OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE MOTEL PROPERTY BY THE OCCUPANTS. REGISTRANT MUST RETURN ALL KEY (S), EXTRA TOWELS, remotes ETC. AT CHECKOUT. LOSS OR DAMAGES, IF ANY, SHALL BE DEDUCTED OUT OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT BEFORE ANY REFUND AT CHECKOUT.

  16. NO VISITORS ARE PERMITTED ON PROPERTY AT ANY TIME.

  17. THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES ARE DEEMED TO BE INJURIOUS TO PUBLIC HEALTH AND THEREFORE PROHIBITED: LOUD AND ABUSIVE NOISES COMING FROM GUESTS ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT WITHIN AND UPON THE MOTEL’S PREMISES; BOISTEROUS ACTIVITIES; UNRULY AND PROFANE LANGUAGE; PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS; OVERCROWDING UPON OR NEAR THE MOTEL’S PREMISES; USE OF FIREWORKS; PUBLIC URINATION; MAKING OF ANY NOISE OF SUCH CHARACTER, INTENSITY OR DURATION AS TO BE DETRIMENTAL TO THE LIFE, HEALTH OR WELFARE OF ANY INDIVIDUAL OR WHICH EITHER STEADILY OR INTERMITTENTLY ANNOYS, DISTURBS, INJURES OR ENDANGERS THE COMFORT, REPOSE, PEACE OR SAFETY OF ANY INDIVIDUAL

  18. NO SPORTS, HORSEPLAY, PETS, OR SUBLETTING OF MOTEL PREMISES IS PERMITTED.

  19. NO LOITERING, LEANING, STANDING OR HANGING AROUND THE MOTEL ROOF OR STAIRS IS PERMITTED.

  20. NO DRINKING OF ALCOHOL OUT SIDE OF ROOMS IS PERMITTED.

  21. REGISTRANT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ACCOMPANYING CHILDREN AND MINORS. PA STATE LAW PROHIBITS ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION and possession UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS OF AGE.

  22. ALL OCCUPANTS ARE EXPECTED TO DISPOSE OF trash, refuse, BEVERAGE BOTTLES/CANS AND CIGARETTE BUTTS PROPERLY (there is a dumpster by room 11). EXTRA GARBAGE BAGS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

  23. ALL OCCUPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR BELONGINGS.

  24. GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO LOWER THE TELEVISION VOLUME AFTER 10 PM.

  25. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT RECOMMEND BARE-FOOT WALKING ON THE MOTEL PROPERTY.

  26. THIS MOTEL IS A TEMPORARY VACATION HOUSING; OCCUPANTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED RESIDENTS OF the motel. WHILE REGISTERING, YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR PERMANENT ADDRESS.

  27. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENTER THE RENTED PREMISES AT REASONABLE HOURS FOR MAINTENANCE ETC.

  28. NON-COMPLIANCE OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION AND FORFEITURE OF ALL MONIES PAID.
